Command Line Gone :(

0228

I recentlt updated to Windows 10 and was attempting to take a look at thr command prompt but it appears to be completely missing. I could not search for it in the search bar and when i used Win-X and told it to run it as an admin, the permission window opened for about three seconds then I recieved a message saying, 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.' I'm not sure what caused this, however during thr installation of Windows 10, I lost power for several hours. I'm not certain if that could have effected my installation, however I hope this is an easily fixed bug.
